Request for data removal
Data that will be deleted:
- Account information (your name, email, password, language, country etc.)
- Boats you have created (images, names, models, links to the Q display data)
- Active subscriptions
Please note that once you have deleted your account it can’t be restored!
1. Request deletion with your app account email address
2. Confirm the request sent to your email
- Once you have confirmed the request sent to your email, the account will be deleted permanently within a few weeks.
3. Ask payment processor to delete your data
- We will delete all your app account information but note that payment processing provider (Stripe) might still have some of your data.
- If you have purchased something in our app, Stripe has collected some of your data for payment processing. You can request your personal information to be deleted by emailing privacy@stripe.com. Note that Stripe may need to keep some of your personal information for legal reasons. Read more here
