Data we collect after the Yamarin Q and Yamarin App are linked:

If you link the Yamarin Q and Yamarin App, you will give consent to us to gather data from your boat. The data gathered is boat location, trips, saved routes and places, battery voltage, fuel level and Yamarin Q diagnostics information (serial number, SIM card information).

If you register for Yamarin user account, you will provide your personal data to us. The information you give us includes your name, e-mail address, country and language.

How we use your personal data:


We use your personal data that you provided when registering your Yamarin account for the following purposes:

1. Knowledge acquisition, market research and analysis for quality enhancement and improvement of our merchandise, products, Warranty services, dealer services, and other services.
2. Market research and other analysis for quality enhancement and improvement of merchandise.
3. Internal evaluation of the product and services.
4. Responding to inquiries and requests.
5. User support in mobile app use

We use the data gathered from Yamarin Q device for the following purposes:

1. Providing Yamarin App functionalities
2. Providing Yamarin Q subscriptions
3. Yamarin Q device backups
4. Anonymous boat usage data analysis

Disclosure of your Personal Data:

We share your Personal Data with members of our group and authorized third parties working on behalf of us, including authorized Dealers and distributors for the purposes above. Processing on behalf of us may be performed by our branch offices and affiliates and any other third parties, with whom we conclude appropriate contracts to ensure compliance with the applicable data protection legislation.

How you can access and update your information:

As a data subject, you have certain rights concerning our processing of your personal data. You can:
